When the Sun and the Moon are in opposition in the sky, the Moon is fully illuminated, and this is what we call the Full Moon. The Sun has just moved into Cancer yesterday, and is now opposed by the Moon in Capricorn. How do we bring those energies into balance?

A Full Moon is a great time to let go of what doesn’t serve us anymore. In Capricorn, that means letting go of obsessions with work, being too ambitious, being too much in control of our lives. We invite a bit of Cancerian energy to find a better balance between work and home, but also to let go of these big ambitions that made us forget to enjoy the journey. Let’s tune more into our emotional world, to feel what we really need. It’s wonderful to have goals and to wish to reach them, but let’s not forget to enjoy the process and be gentle on ourselves.
