Reiki healing session
Relax and balance your energy levels to activate inner healing
Sometimes the energy within us has trouble flowing nicely, because of physical, emotional and/or mental blockages or diseases. A Reiki treatment encourages a healthy flow of energy in the body, it lowers stress and activates healing. It is common to enter a deep state of relaxation during a treatment, or to even fall asleep, and that’s totally fine. During a Reiki treatment, you will lay down on a table, fully clothed, covered by a blanket. I will place my hands in a specific order on or just above your body, to activate energy healing. Unlike massage, a Reiki session does not involve any form of physical manipulation, and no private parts are touched. Available in Thornleigh, NSW, Australia.
